This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the kyven.studio website (the “Website”), under Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 on Intellectual Property (TRLPI), and other applicable regulations.

The Website presents Kyven Studio’s professional 3D design and visualisation services, showcases the portfolio, and offers contact for information or a quote. Access grants “user” status and implies full, unreserved acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of it. Users who do not accept must refrain from using the Website.

3. Conditions of access and use

Access is free and requires no registration. The user undertakes to:

• make lawful and proper use of the Website;
• not reproduce, distribute, transform or publicly communicate content without express authorisation;
• not disseminate unlawful, insulting, defamatory, violent content or content contrary to morality and public order;
• not use the Website fraudulently or transmit content that may harm the IT systems of the owner or third parties;
• and not harm the image or reputation of Kyven Studio or Pablo Pérez-Navarro Amores.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content —texts, designs, logos, images, 3D renders and visualisations, videos, graphics, icons, source code and structure— belongs to Pablo Pérez-Navarro Amores or to authorised third parties, protected by Spanish and international law, in particular RLD 1/1996. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any use for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the owner’s prior, express, written authorisation is prohibited. Merely viewing content for private, informational purposes is not an act of reproduction subject to authorisation. Kyven Studio’s trademarks and distinctive signs belong to Pablo Pérez-Navarro Amores.

5. Portfolio and client content

The portfolio works were produced by Kyven Studio. Confidential projects do not appear on the Website. Certain client brand images or logos may appear for illustrative purposes; their presence implies no current commercial relationship or sponsorship.

6. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Kyven Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website nor that content is permanently up to date, though it will make reasonable efforts. It shall not be liable for: damages from access to or use of the Website, or inability to access it; damage from viruses or other harmful elements from third parties; content of linked third-party sites; or errors or omissions. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Third-party links policy

The Website may link to third-party sites. Kyven Studio does not control them and assumes no responsibility for their content. A link implies no recommendation or sponsorship.

8. Commercial communications

The Website sends no unsolicited commercial communications (spam). The contact form is solely for handling enquiries. Any future commercial communication will comply with the LSSI-CE and require the recipient’s prior consent.

9. Cookies and privacy

Data processing and cookie information are governed by the Privacy Policy, accessible from the footer, an integral part of this Legal Notice.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

Governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit, waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts of Algeciras (Cádiz), Spain. Consumers under European regulations may use the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Amendments

Kyven Studio may amend this Legal Notice at any time; amendments take effect upon publication.
